Due to sanitary/health reasons, lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If a product is defective, you must notify us WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving your lashes to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS!
